Job Description:
- Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.
- Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.

- A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand.
- Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
- Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs.
- Fast leaner and able to handle multi tasking.
- Must be able to work on rotational shift.
