Ensure the correct configuration of all the concepts in the payroll system so that the payroll calculation process (ordinary and special) with the corresponding taxes and other obligations (employee-company) is carried out correctly and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal guidelines in the payroll process.
Audit the payrolls calculated by the Payroll Analyst to later carry out the processes for the registration and payment of the payroll and payments derived from it.
Ensure the preparation and presentation of IMSS and Infonavit Opinions.
Collaborate with other areas of the company in the analysis of financial information derived from the payroll.
Actively participate in risk analysis due to legal changes or compliance with legal, labor and tax commitments.
