Sinclair are currently recruiting for an Operator to join their production team in Almere. We are looking for Operators who will support and perform performs production activities in the production process of Ellansé™ dermal filler. The Operator’s role will include operating machines, adhering to quality requirements such as GMP guidelines and safety regulations so that production of our medical device ranges takes place in an efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an operational environment and full training will be provided.

The Role
· Perform production activities according to the instructions in the applicable batch records
· Securely and accurately record the production steps in the applicable batch records
· Report deviations during the production process directly to the Line Manager
· Perform Visual Inspection on filled syringes
· Perform planned tasks such as capping, filling, packingand cleaning
· Ensure correct execution of described tasks
· Communicating any deviation or non-conformity directly to Line Manager
· Create a high levelof GMP awareness and demonstrate GMP skills in documentation
· Keep the level of performance high, approve and share with others
· Initiate recommendations for improvement and discuss with Operational Management
Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential :
· Previousexperience working in an operational environment
· Ability to follow verbal instructions
· Organised/accuratewith an eye for detail and quality minded
Desirable :
· Have one year+relevant experience as an operator, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry
· English or Dutch speaking
· Experience working in GMP, ISO, or equivalent environment.
