Job Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at Growth Stack, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our software implementation offerings. You will be responsible for creating compelling messaging, understanding customer needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive our offerings adoption and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate technical features into customer benefits and drive the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Use this data to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Good use of Google and Facebook ads to increase brand awareness.
  • Product Positioning: Develop clear and persuasive product positioning and messaging that differentiates our ERP software in the market.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, including target audience identification, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts, to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell our ERP software solutions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt our strategies and stay ahead in the ERP software industry.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, gather feedback, and use it to improve our products and customer experience.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and regularly report on progress to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2 years) in product marketing for software, preferably in the ERP or business software industry.
  • Experience using CRM software (preferably Hubspot)
  • Strong understanding of ERP software and business processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Hubspot: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
