Your Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate EDI requirements (Releases) are communicated to the Suppliers
• SAP MRP maintenance on a daily basis
• SAP Master Data maintenance
• Identifying packaging requirements
• SAP Order Line maintenance in line with MRP recommendations
• Communicating and negotiating requirement changes with the Suppliers
• Expediting Suppliers against Due Dates ensuring on time delivery
• Liaising with Purchasing and Launch Logistics on product introductions/changes
• Management of inventory value within agreed parameters
• Inventory Management – ensure lead times are maintained.
• Generate reports when required on Inventory Reduction plans, Tracking, Obsolete stock etc.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Relevant qualifications in the Logistics field
• Knowledge of MRP would be beneficial
• At least 2 years Logistics/Purchasing experience
• SAP experience would be an advantage
• Excel experience
• Work experience in the Automotive Industry would be an advantage
• Detailed and precise
• Ability to communicate with Internal and External parties at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Organized
• Self-motivated
• Assertive
