About the Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to work within a Trans-Tasman Recruitment Team delivering Sourcing and Attraction marketing strategies to enable a clear pathway for both passive and active job seekers. We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our wider Recruitment digital marketing strategy and core marketing activities, reporting into the Transport and Infrastructure Recruitment Manager supported by the wider Marketing and Communications team.
You will be joining a high-performing, collaborative group dedicated to delivering end-to-end expert recruitment services. You’ll build trust through consistent exceptional service and support the Transport and Infrastructure business and leaders using your industry knowledge and best practice marketing solutions to deliver great outcomes.
This role would suit someone with a fresh perspective who has recently graduated with a Marketing Degree and is now looking to expand their breadth of both digital and core marketing experience.
Day to day you will:
- Improve and expand Transport and Infrastructure online presence via our social media channels.
- Support our operational teams by developing and delivering bespoke recruitment plans.
- Measure Transport & Infrastructure’s activity through all digital channels and provide feedback and monthly reports.
- Manage and support marketing solutions for community days and recruitment expos.
- Work closely with recruitment to design and create clear pathways for career development.
- Support and improve advertising content to drive more applications for specific job families.
- Support digital marketing campaign delivery.
