The Role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Coordinator who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as an Implementation Coordinator.
What You’ll Do
Maintain ownership of new client assets and ensure that clients have a timely and quality implementation of Solera products.
Work with Implementation Specialists and Customer Enablement leadership to develop and maintain the implementation process of Solera products.
Provides clients with a single point of contact during the onboarding process, working with the customer and a team of resources towards the implementation of Solera products.
Additional responsibilities of the role include:
Manage the project from receipt of the project to implementation completion.
Ensures proper documentation and that Customer Resource Management is updated.
Documents all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve upon implementation delivery.
Work with a team of resources to ensure a timely and quality onboarding experience.
Work independently under general supervision with minimal directions.

Education and Experience
Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience with SalesForce preferred.
High School Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of experience working directly with customers is required.
3+ years of experience managing projects with customers required.
3+ Implementation Coordinator experience or equivalent required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience presenting both to groups and one-on-one.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
