WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your responsibilities as Order Management Specialist will include:
- Provide a high level of support to the ANZ direct sales departments.
- Provide the AU Dealer Channel with a high level of support.
- Be the first point of contact for Dealer and Customer queries related to Sales Orders.
- Promote and drive a passionate customer-driven culture by ensuring a strong focus.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:
- 1+ year of experience in Administration and /or Customer Support, handling a high volume of orders.
- Intermediate computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience working with SAP, Salesforce, or any other CRM system.
- Prior experience in the IT, Transport, or Telematics industry would be an advantage.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach and attitude.
- Strong customer centric.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way, and building successful working relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
