Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and passionate Junior QA Analyst to join our team in ensuring that our company's products meet the highest quality and safety standards. The role reports to the R&D and Quality Assurance Director.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct physicochemical analysis on finished products
- Monitor trends on product quality attributes
- Conduct the cleaning and calibration of laboratory
- Communicate with clients and suppliers
- Manage product specifications and certificates of analysis
- Review and analyze results obtained through the quality testing process to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle effectively our customer complaints, evaluating the customer’s feedback and finding ways to strengthen the customers’ loyalty
- Assist on comparative tests of our products
- Assist on ongoing QA/R&D projects
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in a FMCG environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal & written)
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask – work on tight deadlines, handle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially in Microsoft Excel)
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are a must
- Experience in quality assurance is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards
