Job Profile Summary:
As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will be required to process the application of potential candidate to be appointed as Representative for Licensed Financial Advisers. You will be required to conduct the due diligence checks and documentation relevant to the fit and proper certification of representatives under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) in MAS' Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria. You will also be involved in ad-hoc projects as part of automation and digitalization journey.
Job Description:
- Process and check the applications and conduct required due diligence checks and documentation in timely manner, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Assessment of academic qualification to ensure it satisfies the minimum academic qualification and examination requirements set out in Notice FAA-N13
- Understanding of PACS’ Fit and Proper Framework and identify adverse findings for escalation
- Handle incoming enquiries from agency leaders
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation, digitalization and/or system enhancements.
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to ensure all outstanding issue(s) are fixed prior to UAT sign-off.
