We are looking for a highly capable Real Estate Manager to ensure that our Stores and related finances are managed optimally. The role requires you to be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and involved in our retail business expansion.
The real estate managers should possess extensive experience in Real Estate management and an excellent negotiator to negotiate contracts. Preferable someone with sound financial knowledge and retail industry knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and execute tenancy renewals and effectively negotiate rental renewal rates.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend potential sites and properties for new outlets.
- Negotiate deals and tenancy terms with landlords in the best interest of the company.
- Plan and submit project papers for store refresh and remodel.
- Continuously analyze and track the sales, ROI and investment cost of the stores.
- Maintain proper records and administer all matters relating to tenancy agreements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling real estate or asset management in retail environment.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Strong negotiation skills and tenancy administration skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and work at all levels.
- Willing to travel.

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
