JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop project delivery plan and strategy as per contractual requirement
- Preparation of project budget estimation and monitoring and controlling project cost including outsourcing, warehousing, logistic, human resources, administrative etc
- Oversee the development of the Project till hand over of the project
- Prepare relevant documents for the Project such as timelines and status reports
- Understanding client requirements
- Coordinate with clients, Management, subcontractors and team members to ensure project's success
- Monitor and update the Management and teams on the status of the project.
- Act as a point of contract between client and Management
- Lead project progress meeting and presentation for Rollout and Technical
- Maintaining customer relationship and satisfaction
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Identifying quality requirement from rollout and technical perspective to meet customer expectation and avoid acceptance risk
- Project risk identification, assessment, tracking, follow up for resolution for Rollout and Technical
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Perform other related duties as per company's assignment
REQUIREMENT
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 8 years working experience in Telecommunications related field
-Experience in project management and handling of government contracts is an added advantage
-Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
-Good customer interface and interpersonal skills
-Team player
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
