About the Role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to work in our Copenhagen, Seattle, or Miami office. The ideal candidate is someone who is ok being a jack of all trades, gritty, and ambitious! The primary focus of this position is to help streamline the onboarding process of new operators, platforms, and agents. You have to be ambitious, self-motivated and willing to lend a helping hand.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the COO to create better onboarding processes
- Answer phone calls and emails relating to operator onboarding and bookings
- Work with product to make sure that all UX improvements are being properly recorded and reported for future sprints
- Publish daily sales funnel report of all lead statuses
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility
What you’ll need
- Live in Copenhagen, Seattle, or Miami
- CX or General Startup Experience
- Tech Chops
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays
