- Organised and flexible in work approach

- Excellent Computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Description:
- Working with the Administrative Officer closely
- Office management and supplies
- Manage leave records, HR-Admin records, and employee files
- Answer employee’s queries on matters related to employment
- Facilitate recruitment documents and communicate to employees and agents as necessary
- Book flights and hotels and other requests related to travel or meetings for the Senior Managers as required
- Manage the entry and exit of employees and its documentations (e.g, clearances, entry forms)
- Write memos or correspondence
- Provide administrative support to departmental managers in special projects as requested
- Manage training calendar and book training venues as required
- Organise company activities as requested
- Other works as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
